Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Standards – Hamdel

Hamdel is a community-specific dating and matchmaking platform intended strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Hamdel has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.

This document outlines Hamdel’s standards, preventive measures, enforcement actions, and cooperation obligations relating to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Hamdel strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that involves, promotes, depicts, encourages, or facilitates:

• Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors
  
  

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, audio, text, or links
  
  

• Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication involving minors
  
  

• Sexualized depiction of individuals who are or appear to be under 18
  
  

• Attempted or implied CSAE activity
  
  

Any such activity will result in immediate and permanent enforcement action.

2. Age Restriction (18+ Only)

• Hamdel is intended only for users aged 18 years or older
  
  

• Users must confirm their age during registration
  
  

• Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be:
  
  

  • Immediately suspended
    
    

  • Investigated
    
    

  • Permanently removed if confirmed
    
    

Hamdel does not knowingly permit minors to use the platform.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Hamdel:

• Uploading, sharing, requesting, or storing any CSA-related content
  
  

• Sexual communication referencing minors
  
  

• Role-play or fantasy involving minors
  
  

• Attempting to bypass age restrictions
  
  

• Encouraging or normalizing sexual activity involving minors
  
  

• Directing users to external platforms for CSA-related activity
  
  

Even implicit, joking, or fictional references are treated as violations.

4. Detection & Prevention Measures

Hamdel employs a combination of technical, procedural, and human safeguards, which may include:

• Automated detection systems for abusive patterns or content
  
  

• Manual moderation and review
  
  

• User reporting and flagging tools
  
  

• Profile and behavior monitoring
  
  

• Verification and authenticity checks
  
  

These measures are designed to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE risks.

5. Reporting Mechanisms

Users are encouraged to report immediately if they encounter:

• Suspected minors on the platform
  
  

• Any CSA-related content or behavior
  
  

• Attempts to solicit or groom minors

There is no appeal for CSAE-related violations.

7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement & Authorities

Hamdel may:

• Cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection authorities
  
  

• Comply with lawful requests, subpoenas, or court orders
  
  

Hamdel does not require user consent to take such actions where legally mandated.

8. Data Handling & Evidence Preservation

In CSAE-related cases:

• Relevant data may be retained securely
  
  

• Access is restricted to authorized personnel
  
  

• Retention follows applicable legal requirements

9. User Responsibility

Users must:
