Hamdel (“Hamdel”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a mobile application published under the name Hamdel Digital and operated by an individual owner. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, disclose, and protect personal data when you use the Hamdel mobile application (“App”).
Hamdel is a dating and matchmaking platform intended to help users discover and connect with compatible individuals.

To enable core functionality of the Hamdel application, we may request access to certain device features and permissions. All permissions are requested only when required, are user-controlled, and may be revoked at any time through device settings. Denying certain permissions may limit related features.
Camera Access
Used to capture profile photos and verification images. Camera access is initiated only by explicit user action and is never activated passively.
Photo Library / Media Access
Used to upload photos intentionally selected by the user. Hamdel does not scan, copy, or access other media or extract unrelated metadata.
Location Services
Approximate or precise location may be used to enable geographically relevant matchmaking and discovery. Disabling location may limit certain features.
Notifications
Used to notify users of matches, messages, profile interactions, and account updates. Notifications are optional and can be disabled.
Government Identification Uploads
Used for authenticity, safety, and trust features. Hamdel does not extract biometric templates and does not currently use automated third-party verification vendors. Access is restricted to authorized personnel when necessary.
Device Interaction & Security
Data transmitted between the App and storage systems is protected using commercially reasonable safeguards.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, or data practices. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
